Clay Pit near Novo Petrikovka
In March 1942, a group of Jewish evacuees were murdered in a clay pit located two kilometers southwest of Novo Petrikovka. According to Soviet sources, the victims were sent to the murder site on the pretext of clay extraction. Their number is estimated at thirty-six. The shooting was carried out by local policemen under the command of a German officer.
