Koshevataya Ravine
In mid-September 1941 about 50 Jews still living in Koshevataya were collected under the pretext of being transported to work in another place. They were taken to a ravine on the southern outskirts of the village and shot dead in small groups. The perpetrators of this massacre were members of Einsatzkommando 5 of Einsatzgruppe C.
