Murder Site dung pit Stalinskaya Konstitutsiya Kolkhoz

A group of Jews from the nearby village of Bolsuny were murdered by the local police and the Gendarmerie on August 29, 1941. According to Soviet sources, the victims, who were thirty in number, were taken in two carts from Bolsuny to the village of Luginy, where they were shot dead in a dung pit in the area of the Stalinskaya Konstitutsiya collective farm in Luginy.

On August 29, 1941, a group of Jews from Luginy were shot at a pit behind the Luginy hospital, fifty meters from the road, across from the local oil factory. According to Soviet sources, fifty-one Jews were shot on that day, along with fifteen POWs.

Murder Site Luginy Railway Station

A group of twelve Jewish residents of Luginki were arrested in the village of Krasnostav, some twelve kilometers from Luginy. The victims were later taken to the Luginy railway station and shot. According to Soviet reports, there were both adults and children among the victims. The exact date of this murder operation remains unknown.
