On May 2, 1942 5 Jewish families that were living in Novo-Podolsk were taken to the outskirts of the village and shot in a pit together with Jews from Novo-Vitebsk and Novo-Kovno.

On May 2, 1942 about 60 Jews from Novo-Kovno of all ages and both sexes were taken to Novo-Podolsk village. There they were shot at a pit, together with local Jews and Jews from Novo-Vitebsk.
