Silage Pit in Priyutnaya

In February 1942, the headman of the nearby village, with the help of the local police squad, collected all the Jewish population in the central kolkhoz office. The Jews were forced to undress and taken in groups of two to a silage pit, where they were shot by a local policeman. Another 8 Jews who were found hiding were beaten and taken to Novozlatopol, where they were shot dead.
